These cookies taste like mini pecan pies and are one of my dad's favorites:
Tea tassies
1/4 lb butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup flour
Soften butter and cream cheese. Add in flour. Divide into 24 balls and press into a tea tassie tray.
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend above ingredients and pour into the center of the cups of the dough that you have pressed into pans. Sprinkle top centers with chopped nuts. Bake at 350° F for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool in pans for easier removing.
